What is Cross Training?

Here is what a general look at what a typical Cross Training session might look like

  • 2:45-3:00

    • Change in locker rooms

    • Shoot around/Volleyball hitting/etc

    • No phones, must be in the gym

  • 3:00-3:05

    • Warm up

      • Dynamic/Static Stretching/Sprint Drills

  • 3:05-3:10

    • Devotion/Talk/Theme/Objectives

  • 3:10-3:40

    • Main Workout/Stations

    • Speed/Strength/Agility/Power Exercises

  • 3:40-4:00

    • Game - basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, etc depending on who is present
