Wisconsin Lutheran High School Jr Vikings
The Jr Vikings is part of the athletic program at Wisconsin Lutheran High School (or Wisco). Wisco has a long history of athletic success in many sports, including conference championships in volleyball, boys basketball, boys and girls track and field, and softball last year. WLHS and the Jr Vikings are NOT the same thing as St Marcus Mustang athletics. But they offer sports we do not have and are another avenue for athletic participation. Many St Marcus students attend WLHS for high school and play sports there. Last year we had alumni participate in football, cross country, cheerleading, dance, soccer, boys and girls basketball, wrestling, and track/field for Wisconsin Lutheran.

This is for 6th-8th grade boys
Games will run on weekends Dec - Feb (official dates to come)
Practices will be held Sundays (in the 4pm-7pm range) with official times TBD based on the number of participants.
Cost will be $125 to cover the games & tshirt
To gauge the interest level and team balance:
First practice is Sunday, November 20 and will be a "tryout" to determine the levels and number of teams needed
Commitment can be decided after that initial "tryout"

Milwaukee Rowing Club
St Marcus has a great relationship with the Milwaukee Rowing Club. They are once again looking for middle school aged kids to get involved with their phenomenal rowing program’s fall season. There are many advantages to this program including transportation provided, STEM programming, swimming lessons, and involvement in one of the premier middle school rowing programs in the country. This opportunity is FREE.

Southern Lutheran Wrestling Club
Wrestling has become a very popular sport here at St Marcus. Unfortunately, our season is only one month long. For extra practice, St Marcus wrestlers are invited to join the SLWC wrestling club. Practices are held at St Paul’s Lutheran School in Franklin twice per week starting on November 30.
The SLWC is free of charge, but a USA Wrestling card is required ($50). https://www.usawmembership.com/
Open to K5-8th grade.
