REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERSCHOLASTIC SPORTS

1. Register online.  (Click the corresponding button below to fill out the registration form for your child.)

2. Complete the 2022-2023 Participation Waiver.

3. Ensure your school balance is paid down to $0 (or set up a payment plan & make initial payment).  Visit the Business Office in the lower level of the Primary Building or call 414-562-3163, select option 4. 

4. Attend the Mandatory Parent Meeting (or watch the video and complete the quiz).
