These sessions provide speed and strength training led by St. Marcus coaching staff. Athletes receive age- and developmentally-appropriate instruction—ranging from beginner to advanced levels—in running mechanics, sprinting, physical literacy, and performance preparedness. The program includes dynamic exercise stations designed to build strength, enhance plyometric ability, and improve coordination, all within a high-energy, supportive environment.
Skill breeds skill. The more you move, the easier it is to learn how to move.
